Health and Safety Statement

OMS Group (UKI) Limited is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, subcontractors, clients, visitors and other persons who may be affected by its activities.

The Company recognises its duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all associated legislation and is committed to establishing, implementing and maintaining an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) aligned with the principles of ISO 45001:2018.

The Company shall:

  • Prevent work-related injury and ill health,

  • Eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks,

  • Comply with applicable legal and other requirements,

  • Continually improve its health and safety performance.

This policy provides the framework for setting health and safety objectives and shall be communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the Company.
